Results come from a crawl this instance ran itself. When the local index has nothing yet,
a web fallback fills the gap — those results are always labeled, never passed off as ours.
AI answers aren't wired up yet — this needs an LLM API key configured on the backend
(server/server.js) before it can do anything. Flip "Answer with AI" on in Settings once
that's connected.
